心理咨詢師

工作職責

⊙ 對來訪者的心理狀況作出分析與診斷，制定心理咨詢計劃，并指導實施

⊙ 為來訪者提供情感、家庭、事業、青少年等咨詢服務，以面詢為主

⊙ 自覺遵守《中國心理學會臨床與咨詢心理學工作倫理守則》，堅持保密原則，對來訪者的有關資料、檔案應予以保密

⊙ 做好輔導的記錄及相關文件的整理，保證檔案的完整性

任職要求

⊙ 本科及以上學歷，心理學、醫學、教育學等相關專業，碩士及海外經歷優先

⊙ 具有心理咨詢類相關資格證書，國家二級心理咨詢師、國家三級心理咨詢師，注冊系統咨詢師，注冊系統督導師，婚姻家庭咨詢師，或心理治療師資質

⊙ 心理咨詢經驗5年以上，積累個案數不低于1500小時

⊙ 思維靈活，溝通能強，有社會責任感、積極向上、具有奉獻精神和團隊合作精神 

Counselor

Work content

⊙ Make analysis and diagnosis to the client's psychological state, make the psychological consultation plan, and guide the implementation

⊙ To provide emotional, family, career, youth and other counseling services for visitors

⊙ Consciously abide by the 《Chinese Psychological Association clinical and Counseling psychology Work Ethics code》, adhere to the principle of confidentiality, the client's relevant data, files should be kept confidential

⊙ Records the cases and related documents, to ensure the integrity of the files

Requirement

⊙ Bachelor degree or above, major in psychology, medicine, education, etc., master degree and overseas experience is preferred

⊙ Having psychological counseling related certificates, national second-level psychological counselors, national third-level psychological counselors, registered system counselors, registered system supervisors, marriage and family counselors, or psychological therapists qualification

⊙ More than 5 years of psychological counseling experience, accumulated case number not less than 1500 hours

⊙ Flexible thinking, strong communication skills, social responsibility, positive, with dedication and team work spirit

家庭/婚戀心理咨詢師

工作職責

心理學專家

工作職責

⊙ 熟練掌握心理咨詢專業知識，掌握國內外專業最新發展動態；

⊙ 完善中心的咨詢體系，規范及細化咨詢流程，接軌國際標準；

⊙ 搭建咨詢師培訓及成長體系，培養及獨到心理咨詢師；

⊙ 開展線下講座、心理沙龍、家長課堂，普及心理健康及教育知識；

⊙ 開展相關學術研究，發表文章；

崗位要求

⊙ 碩士及以上，心理學、教育學、精神病學等相關專業，國內外知名大學畢業者優先；

⊙ 海外留學經驗，有國際化的思維與視角，有國際臨床經驗者優先；

⊙ 有較強的科研能力，有國內外論文發發表經驗，良好的英文聽說讀寫能力；

⊙ 接受過至少5類系統心理咨詢與治療培訓，10年以上心理咨詢相關經驗者優先；

⊙ 對于心理學的領域，有一定的專業特長和獨到的見解；

⊙ 專業知識扎實，工作能力強，熱愛本行業，工作有熱情，愿意助人成長；

Psychology expert

Work content

⊙ Master the professional knowledge of psychological consultation, master the latest development of domestic and foreign professional trends

⊙ Improve the center's consulting system, standardize and refine the consulting process, in line with international standards

⊙ Set up counselor training and growth system, cultivate and unique psychological counselor

⊙ Carry out offline lectures, psychological salons and parents' classes to popularize mental health and education knowledge

⊙ Carry out relevant academic research and publish articles

Requirements

⊙ Master degree or above, major in psychology, education, psychiatry or related, preferably graduated  from famous university at home and abroad

⊙ Overseas study experience, international thinking and perspective, international clinical experience is preferred

⊙ Have strong scientific research ability, have domestic and foreign paper publishing experience, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability

⊙ Have received at least 5 types of systematic psychological counseling and therapy training, more than 10 years of experience in psychological counseling is preferred

⊙ For the field of psychology, have a certain professional expertise and unique insights

⊙ Solid professional knowledge, strong work ability, love the industry, work enthusiasm, willing to help people grow
